What is PowerPoint?

PowerPoint is a powerful presentation software that allows the presenter to control how the audience will perceive the topic.

It allows the presenter to give a presentation that is straight as an arrow, interactive, or full of rolling fun and innovative tricks.

It also allows the power to control what the audience sees – all at once or in the order displayed

Dale Carnegie ProcessUsing Templates

Delivering your presentation effectively involves using a proven four-step process: Plan, Prepare, Practice, and Present. How to Print out an Outline, Handouts and your Notes

Think before printing• Do they need to take notes? Do you want

them skimming ahead while your talking? Do you want to give it out as a reference?

Pick 3! Pass it out after the presentation? Don’t’ forget your notes.. Don’t look!
