Creating a form and adding fields to it

• Open Shared Projects

• Your Project is Created , now Open your Project

• Your Form is created but it is still empty ,

• We will add a new table

• Then add any Fields to the table

• Now we have to add the table to the form Data source

• it’s done easily using Drag and drop

• now we will add these fields to the form Design by dragging the data source to the form Design

• And here is how your form Looks
