Kevin Garland Director – Plans, implements, and directs administrative, educational, and technical activities for the Communications & Information Services unit including budget, personnel, strategic planning, and staffing.
Preston Jacobsen Manager – Oversees Office of Sustainability via the management of programs, establishing relationships across campus and strategic planning surrounding the Climate Action Plan to lead UT toward carbon neutrality by 2060.
Sarah Cherry Outreach Coordinator, Americorps Member – Increase awareness of sustainability programs, the Office of Sustainability and other stakeholders across campus. Oversees social media accounts, student organizations and website to ensure a concise and influential message.
Erin Kelbly Data Analysis Coordinator, AmeriCorps Member – Collection, analysis and research of data collection parameters, primarily submitting information to the STARS, ACUPCC, Go Green (Sightlines), TDEC and EPA data programs.
Josh Ferrell Student Worker, Webmaster (Special Projects) – Development and programming of the external program such as the Sustainability Working Group communication portal.
Samantha Maneri Student Worker, Communication Assistant – Assist the Outreach Coordinator in communication projects.
Franco D’Aprile Student Worker, Grant and Proposal Writer – Researches available grants to support sustainability efforts across campus and in addition, provides guidance in proposal writing to the SEIC.

April Ovens Student Worker, Data Assistant – Provides data collection assistance such as inventories, surveys and audits. Also assists with several student related projects.
