4. Social Bookmarking – an online service that provides users the capability to edit, add, or share bookmarks of online documents.

9. Wiki – A public website containing various information which may be edited by anyone.

10. Social Networking – a form of online interaction wherein a user is able to collaborate or interact with others users by adding them to his list of contacts, forming groups, or uploading files for others to access.

11. WWW – Short for “World Wide Web”, it is a system interconnected hypertext available for users via the Internet.

12. HTML – Short for “ HyperText Markup Language”, they are text and symbols put into files for it to be available in the Internet as a Webpage.
