2. Blog – A blog is an on-line record of journal entries. Stories, interests, or ideas are usually the topics of blogs, and are public for others to view and comment.

3. Online Chat – Online chat is a form of real-time communication. Instant exchange of messages or video conferences create an almost face-face feeling of words.

4. Social Bookmarking – an online service that provides users the capability to edit, add, or share bookmarks of online documents.

5. URL – URL stands for “uniform resource locator”. They are web addresses that pinpoints the online resource through character references.
