Ingredients:1 Kg of Cherries4 Cans of Coca Cola100 Gr Castor Sugar1 Lemon Peel1 Vanilla bean
1.Pit all Cherries and make Caramel out of the Castor Sugar
2.Add the Cherries, vanilla bean 1 can of Coca Cola and the lemon Peel
3.Transfer into a Maison Jar and let infuse for at least 12 hrs at 68 Celsius.
4.Blend the cherry infusion in the blender and pass through a fine siff
5.Fill your granita machine with the cherry base and freeze for at least 2 Hrs.
6.30 Minutes before serving add the additional 3 cans of Coca Cola.
