Principal’s Report
Hard to believe we are in week 5 already and that this week-
end is the mid-term break.
Thank you to the parents who took the opportunity to attend
the school planning and information meetings last week, I
hope they were informative.
Included in this newsletter are 2 pages outlining the new
School’s Excellence Framework.
Please take the time to read these information sheets; this
reform will be spoken about in more detail at the next parent
information meetings to be held on the 30th and 31st March.
Congratulations to all of our students who made it to the
regional swimming carnival. We wish you all the best and
hope you can progress to the next level.
Enjoy the mid-term break.

Congratulations to the new SRC and
Sporting House Representatives for
2016.
Look who has been spotted this week;
Ella from KM has been spotted by Ernie for
being a responsible class member. She has
been seen using equipment for its purpose in
the classroom and staying in bounds in the
playground. Ernie is proud of Ella and
thinks she should keep up the great
work.
Ernie is super proud of Coen. Ernie overheard
Coen speaking politely to the teachers who
were on playground duty in the quad. Ernie is
also proud of the way Coen looks after the
school’s equipment.Keep up the fantastic
work Coen!
Ernie has visited 4/5/6S many times this term
and each time he visits he is super impressed
with Tiana Jones who is always working to the
best of her ability. Ernie could not stop laughing
after reading Tiana's version of Little Red Riding
Hood, Ernie thinks it was a creative spin off
from the original story. Well done Tiana!
Keep up the great work.

Missing / Lost Student School Hats
Could parents please check your child’s school bag to see if a school hat was taken home by
mistake.
If this has occurred, could you please return the hat to the Admin. office and we will return
the hat to the owner if it has their name marked on it.
Thank you very much.
