Property Boundaries

Common Grounds are owned by the GOCA.All Common Grounds, tree lines, plantings and grasses, ponds and basins are defined to the State and local governments by the Public Offering Statement (POS).Resident Properties are defined by the individual lot site plan.

Growth within the tree lines must not be disturbed. Any removal of trees and/or plants is an action that can be prosecuted by the town or state.

Violations of these rules expose the association to fines. For example, the Mountain Laurel is a protected species. Removal or damage to them could

subject GOCA to a $500 fine, per plant!

Example of Mountain Laurel

Waretown Garbage and Recycling

Branches are collected first and third Thursday of each month. No leaves, grass or sod is to be put into the trash or recycling.

Metal garbage is collected on the second and fourth Thursday of each month

Computers and Electronics as well as automobile and marine batteries are also collected each month.

Payment stickers are required for pick up of Freon and Propane tanks at a cost of $10 for Freon and $5 for propane.

Residents must call the township at 609-693-3302, extension 221, to schedule pick up of any of the above items.

Resident ResponsibilitiesIrrigation

Either you or your contractor should check for: Leaks in the system or valves. Rain Sensor – Is it working? Proper coverage; no missed areas. Correct cycle time. For example, more time per

zone in summer, less in spring and fall. Learn how to set your clock to adjust cycle time Keep the grass and sand cleared from around your
