Timeline of Graduation

• West Angeles Cathedral – 3600 Crenshaw Boulevard (Crenshaw & Exposition)

• Graduation starts at 6:00 PM sharp!!!• Graduating (eligible) seniors report to

West Angeles Cathedral 4:00 PM– No cell phones, purses, heavy bags, etc…

• Doors open 5:30 PM to the public• EVERYONE MUST HAVE A TICKET

– Children under 3 are free

For The Graduating Class of 2016

• Students MUST arrive at 4:00 PM – Behind the Cathedral

• If you are late, enjoy the Graduation from the Stands

Guidelines for Graduation• Absolutely NO

BALLOONS will be permitted in the cathedral. Balloons will be confiscated at the door and not returned. The fire detection system will sound if balloons enter the cathedral

• Noisemakers will not be permitted and those with air horns will be escorted out of the arena and no refund

• All guests will enter through a security screening area and all bags will be checked and prohibited items will be confiscated

Things to Bring to Graduation• What to bring:

– Yourself and WRISTBAND– Ladies: Bobby Pin(s)

• What NOT to bring…– NO Cell Phone….– NO Camera….– NO Water, soda, or food…– NO purses, shoes…– NO keys– NO leis– These items will be confiscated and returned to you

after the ceremony

• Do not decorate your cap or alter your gown

• ONLY Approved Groups, and students with academic cords are to be worn

• NO LEIS

LOANER Graduation Gowns

• Loaner Graduation Gown Drop Off

• Buy a keepsake Graduation Gown – CASH Only

High School Diploma PICK-UP

• Pick up your High School Diploma immediately after the ceremony

• If you don’t pick up your Diploma they will be at Fairfax High School for pick-up on Friday, June 10th

• If you don’t pick it up by Friday, you will wait till August when schools starts
