Physics) RESEARCH FACILITY'- contract notice in SEAP no. 157776112.03.201sThe answer of the contracting authority to the said requests is the following:

QUESTION 1: In accordance with the legislation in force, the deadline for submission of the balance sheerfot 2014 is 29ft May 2015, and in order to submit the balance sheet it is necessary that the external financialaudit be completed.

Considering that the date for submission of tenders is before 296 May 2015 and,that the audit reports will notbe ready until the submission date, such reports depending on the planning of the audit missions whichcannot be modified, we kindly ask you to agree that the balance sheets to be submitted in the clarificationdocuments relate to the years 2071, 2012 and 2013 .

We speciff at the same time that the economicoperators interested to submit a tender may use, in order to prove compliance with the qualification criteria,the provisions of art. 1 1 paragraph (4) of Government Emergency Ordinance no. 3412006.
