BOX MG-6, posrcode 077125, telephone: 021 4042301,fax:021 457 4440 [email protected] IFIN.HH CLARIFICATIONS We inform that on 28.04.2015 the contracting authority received from an economic operator requests for clarifications regarding the requirements of the award documentation for the public procurement contract "HIGH POWER LASER BEAM TRANSPORT SYSTEM (LBTS) (2 X 10 PW) FROM TEMPORAL COMPRESSORS OUTPUT TO INTERACTION CHAMBERS IN THE EXPERIMENTAL AREA OF THE ELI-NP (Extreme Light Infrastructure - Nuclear Physics) RESEARCH FACILITY'- contract notice in SEAP no. 157776112.03.201s The answer of the contracting authority to the said requests is the following: QUESTION 1: In accordance with the legislation in force, the deadline for submission of the balance sheer fot 2014 is 29ft May 2015, and in order to submit the balance sheet it is necessary that the external financial audit be completed. Considering that the date for submission of tenders is before 296 May 2015 and,that the audit reports will not be ready until the submission date, such reports depending on the planning of the audit missions which cannot be modified, we kindly ask you to agree that the balance sheets to be submitted in the clarification documents relate to the years 2071, 2012 and 2013 . ANSWER 1: In the Procurement Datasheet, in section 111.2.2, it was specifred that "if, due to objective. properlv t,itisthereforenotneceSSarilyrequiredtosubmitthe balance sheet or the balance sheet extracts endorsed and recorded by the competent Uodies but to prove by any means of evidence the total annual average turnover for the last 3 years (balance sheets, documents based on which the financial audit report is prepared, etc.). We speciff at the same time that the economic operators interested to submit a tender may use, in order to prove compliance with the qualification criteria, the provisions of art. 1 1 paragraph (4) of Government Emergency Ordinance no. 3412006.
