Steps1. The combination of letters that closet

to the author’s surname.2. Places the first letter of the author’s

surname before the number.3. Places the first letter or letters of the

• The system represents the main branches of knowledge with 21 letters (without I,O,W,X,Y) of the alphabet.

• Addition of letters and Arabic numerals up to 9,999.
