I, SITATI DEBRA MALOBA NANGUJI the above-mentioned petitioner, having complied with all the requirements of the Advocates Act Cap. 16 Laws of Kenya in respect of admission to the roll of Advocates of the High Court of Kenya and being admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya hereby submit and send to you my humble Petition (in triplicate) and delivered to your Honourable Office as required.
Annexed to each copy of my humble petition are:-

3. A certificate of Completion of Pupilage from my Pupil Master;
4. Copies of my Pupil Master’s Practicing Certificate covering the period during which I
served pupilage;
5. Two (2) testimonials as to moral fitness from Advocates;
6. Copies of current Practicing Certificates for the Advocates Certifying;
7. A copy of admission letter to Kenya school of law dated 30th November 2006.
8. A copy of the Certificate of Completion from the Kenya School of Law.
9. A Statutory Declaration verifying the truth of the Petition,
10. A copy of my Degree Certificate from Moi University.
11. A copy of the Kenya Gazette Volume CX1- Number 21 dated 13th March 2009 under
Gazzette Notice Number 2608 dated 13th March 2009 wherein your Petitioner was

The Humble Petition of SITATI DEBRA MALOBA NANGUJI of Post Office Box Number

SHOWETH:
1. THAT the Petitioner has obtained the following professional or academic
qualification specified in Section 13(1) of the Advocates Act, that is having
passed all the relevant examinations of Moi University, Eldoret she holds a
Bachelor of Laws Degree of that University and having attended a course at the
Kenya School of Law, she holds a Diploma in Law of that school.
2. THAT the Petitioner has during that period from 15th November 2006 to 15th
December 2007 attended as a pupil and has received instructions in the proper
business, practice and employment of an Advocate from, JOSEPH KIPCHUMBA
KIGEN KATWA of Post Office Box Number 6566-00100 Nairobi, Advocate of the
High Court of Kenya of more that five (5) years standing and has passed the
examinations referred to in Part V of the Advocates (Admission) Regulations
1997, subject to the following exemptions granted under Section 13(2) of the said
Act.

4. The Law of Succession.
5. The Law of Torts.
6. Commercial Law.
7. The Law of Business Associations.
8. The Law of Equity.

3. THAT your petitioner believes that she has never committed or done anything which

5. THAT your petitioner is a citizen of the Republic of Kenya.
