The Humble Petition of SITATI DEBRA MALOBA NANGUJI of Post Office Box Number

SHOWETH:

1. THAT the Petitioner has obtained the following professional or academic

qualification specified in Section 13(1) of the Advocates Act, that is having

passed all the relevant examinations of Moi University, Eldoret she holds a

Bachelor of Laws Degree of that University and having attended a course at the

Kenya School of Law, she holds a Diploma in Law of that school.

2. THAT the Petitioner has during that period from 15th November 2006 to 15th

December 2007 attended as a pupil and has received instructions in the proper

business, practice and employment of an Advocate from, JOSEPH KIPCHUMBA

KIGEN KATWA of Post Office Box Number 6566-00100 Nairobi, Advocate of the

High Court of Kenya of more that five (5) years standing and has passed the

examinations referred to in Part V of the Advocates (Admission) Regulations

1997, subject to the following exemptions granted under Section 13(2) of the said

Act.

5. The Law of Torts.

4. THAT your petitioner’s name was duly gazetted in the Kenya Gazette Volume CXI

March 2009 in accordance with Regulation 17 of the Advocates (Admission)

Regulations, 1997

5. THAT your petitioner is a citizen of the Republic of Kenya.
