AIMS
Inspired by the principles of Corporate Social Responsibility, HRC intends to help children of employees of
member companies approach the World of Work in a more conscious way, helping them undertake a
professional path in line with the current needs of the labour market and personal aspirations. How? In an
interactive day-long careerguidance workshop with professional members of the Community.
WHY TALENT DAYS?

THE MULTI-COMPANY ADDED VALUE

job seekers’ awareness of the world of work.
The "open" meetings scheduled allow member
companies to easily organise “mixed company
classes”.
The workshops are set up as “learning labs ” to help
develop awareness towards company dynamics and
to give insights on the main players involved in the
labour market.
They are designed in such a way as to provide
smart, rapid and effective information for today’s
generation of young job seekers. The workshops
are run with guest contributors from relevant
