DESIGN FEATURES:
The building employs a super column structural system—two reinforced concrete exterior support columns per side resulting in column free floors that provide maximum tenant space utilization and design flexibility. Using a diagonal footprint, the building faces border streets at 45—degree angles, maximizing views from the building.
Site features the tower, two landscaped public areas and the two-story “West Wing” housing a retail corridor.
