CAMP FACILITATOR: Cindy Elifrits PetersonCindy is a proven expert in resource development with 16 years of experience in fundraising, volunteer management, strategic planning, board development, and program design and measurement.
Holding a Masters of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Nebraska-Omaha, Cindy has a unique way of bringing people together by identifying personal motivators and incorporating them into a common objective. As President and CEO of Maximizing Excellence, LLC, Cindy is known for being a catalyst of change while empowering and mentoring those involved in sustaining success.
KEYNOTE SPEAKER:
Bob SuttonBob Sutton is a South Dakota native who serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Avera Health in Sioux Falls. He started with Avera Health after serving as
the president of the South Dakota Community Foundation for ten years. For over a decade, Bob worked to connect philanthropic South Dakotans with the organizations and causes making a difference in our state. Making these connections and raising the awareness of the power of philanthropy has resulted in quality of life improvements for the citizens of South Dakota.
