After enter the URL, Three types of authentication like CCE, Officer and Admin.

Select CCE and write LoginId and Password.

After CCE login there are Nine options is available like: New Complaint, Forward

Complaint, Follow Up Complaint, Search, Report, Summary, Alert Message,

Escalation Mail, Signout.

When we click on New Complaint on DU Complaint and fill all the information

related to machine and press Submit button.

After submission the complaint, Complaint No is Auto generated and select mail Id

of related sales officer and AMC for sending mail
