Get as much sleep as you can both in transit and once you reach your destination. Your immune system will stay strong and you’ll be able to recover quicker with an adequate amount of sleep

When you reach your destination, try to find activities you can participate in. This may mean scoping out the local gym or finding a local yoga studio.

To feel your best while traveling, it is important to stay hydrated. Drink plenty of fluids to stay ahead of dehydration. Make sure to take extra water if you are traveling to someplace more humid or if you are exercising during your stay.

To avoid eating greasy, processed food, consider packing your own meals and snacks when you travel. Doing this ensures you know exactly what you are putting into your body.
