Example

The purpose of this project is to gather data and about our community needs. The information will be used by the finance committee in order to make projections about future park development and maintenance. The data will come from the four months that residents use the park the most, June 1 through September 30. The finance committee will complete analysis of the data October 31, and will not use it afterward.
