November 2010 –Present – Assistant Director of Enrollment Management and Teacher Recruitment
– Office of Educator Preparation, East Carolina University
Manage the oversight of the campus wide recruitment plan to include coordination of
marketing projects, planning meetings, budget management, and reporting for the state.
Administer the State Employees’ Credit Union (SECU) Partnership East degree
completion program to include data collection and analysis, reporting, budgeting,
employee supervision, course planning, and collaboration with community college and
school system partners.
Oversee criminal background check process for students and counsel students on related
licensure issues.
Gather and analyze pipeline and graduation data to inform departments and for the
purpose of state and federal reporting.
Assist the Director of Educator Preparation with curriculum and program related issues.

Directed the academic advising activities and support services for 1100 teacher education
students to include the supervision of four advisors, one administrative assistant and a
graduate assistant.
Collaborated with faculty and other offices across campus to ensure course offerings and
appropriate services to students.
Utilized multiple points of data for planning and monitoring purposes as well as
marketing programs to potential students.
Coordinated recruitment and orientation activities as well as facilitated special events
