REVENUE CERTIFICATES OFOBLIGATION, SERIES 2019

The City of Beeville (the "City")does hereby give notice of inten-tion to issue Combination Taxand Revenue Certificates of Ob-ligation, Series 2019, (the Certi-ficates), in one or more series,in the maximum pr inc ipa la m o u n t n o t t o e x c e e d$3,000,000, for paying all or aportion of the City's contractualobligations incurred for the pur-pose of (a) constructing, in-stalling and acquiring additions,extensions and improvements tothe City's Waterworks and Sew-er System; (b) acquiring muni-cipal equipment and vehicles forvarious City departments, in-cluding the public works depart-ment, parks and recreation de-partment, the municipal golfcourse and the City garage; (c)constructing, renovating and im-proving city-owned buildings, in-cluding the City Hall, the muni-cipal golf course garage andpro-shop and the John C.Fulghum Event Center; (d) soft-ware upgrades; and (e) payingfiscal and engineering fees inconnection with such projects.The City proposes to provide forthe payment of such Certific-ates of Obligation from the levyand collection of ad valoremtaxes in the City as provided bylaw and from a lien on andpledge of "Surplus Revenues", ifany, received by the City fromthe ownership and operation ofthe City's waterworks and sanit-ary sewer system. The currentprincipal of all outstanding debtob l igat ions of the Ci ty is$5,227,000, the combined prin-cipal and interest required topay all currently outstandingdebt obligations of the City ontime and in full is $6,302,211,the estimated combined princip-al and interest required to paythe Certificates on time and infull is $3,468,000, the estimatedinterest rate for the Certificatesis 3.00%, and the maximum ma-turity date of the Certificates isAugust 15, 2029. The priorstatements regarding outstand-ing debt obligations of the Citydo not include debt that the Cityhas designated as self-support-ing and payable from revenuesother than ad valorem taxes.The City Council intends to con-sider for passage an Ordinanceauthorizing the issuance of Cityof Beeville, Texas CombinationTax and Revenue Certificates ofObligation, Series 2019, at aRegular Meeting to be held at6:00 p.m. on November 26,2019, at the John C.
