3. You might not feel the eye strain but it can still be there

How can one be more Health conscious at workplaces?1. Read up on Ergonomics

a. Standing desk; Ergonomic chair, keyboard, mouse; etc

2. Discuss with people who have similar workplaces3. Go for annual health checkups
