TOPIC : PLANNING AND SCHEDULING

QUESTION:

You are required to develop a network diagram based on the information provided to you in the

Table 1. Your diagram should develop in manually and no computer software is allowed.

The project start date is on Sunday, 1st Mac 2016. There are only six (6) working days in a week and

Friday is the non-working day. Therefore the other public holiday that falls in the project planning

schedule must take into consideration.

The Gantt Chart view must show the relevant column with the following title:

TASK; DURATION; ES; EF; LF; TF; PREDECESSOR

The task bar must display the critical path.

This task required you to form a group which consists of four to five persons.

This assignment must be submitted not later than 1st Jun 2016 (Wednesday)
