A Midwestern, dog-loving woman dreamed up a pet-friendly treat company that would bring better, homemade treats to the market. I wanted to create something simple yet powerful that would be easy for a start-up to produce and continue to use as it grew. I kept the homemade feel by using kraft paper packaging and fun hand-drawn typography, while adding pops of bold color to stand out on a shelf.

Back to school can be bo-ring. Instead of the standard coupon catalog, I took a simple campaign and turned it into something fun. The use of colorful illustrations mixed with bold typography created a playful back-to-school feel that drew in kids and parents alike.

Everyone has Wi-Fi, right? So how do you make it interesting? By using bold colors that scream summertime, cheeky lingo of 20-somethings and fun ways to engage with the use of social media.
I collaborated with the creative team and strategists to create a beautiful and strategic annual trend report. I used grids as a means to keep heavy product shots and imagery looking clean for an easy-to-follow layout.
In addition, I created engaging monthly blog and social posts featuring curated images and grid layouts.

Aloe Up is a sun and skincare company in the Midwest. I was challenged with bringing a fresh look to the annual retail catalog. With the use of dynamic photography and engaging layouts that lead your eye throughout the page, I was able to create a cohesive piece that enhanced the company’s overall branding and positioning in the sun and skincare industry.

Teachers have struggled for years to find simple and functional teacher planners that aren’t bogged down with excessive “throw away” pages. I changed the teacher planner game by giving them just that — plus, the option to customize. Now, teachers have an amazing planning tool to use all school year.
