Problem

• The problem is, why does circle area formula work?

• Area = πr2 ?

Process

• The process for figuring out if the circle area formula works, started all by cutting out mini pizza pieces of a circle and then arranging and gluing them in a sort of rectangle.

• Then the circle area formula was tested if it worked.

Challenges

• The challenges were, making a perfect rectangle, cutting out perfect mini pizza pieces, understanding the questions and directions and understanding the formulas for area of a circle.
