Ragdoll cats are well known and well-loved for their affectionate nature, beautiful appearance, and good health, thus, their popularity among cat lovers. One of the best things about Ragdolls is their colours. The breed was developed by Ann baker in California. Many of Baker’s theories about the origins of the breed – it was subjected to federal genetic experimentation, it was placed on Earth by aliens, and it was a hybrid of skunks and cats – were met with skepticism. Today, Ragdolls are selectively bred for their large size, attractive pointed coloration, and gentle demeanour – all the hallmarks of a great feline pet that insurance companies will have no hesitation in providing pet insurance coverage.
