Dearest,As a young Vietnamese or a part of AIESEC Vietnam, I„m putting all of effort every
single day towards an ultimate vision “A generation of young Vietnamese leaders who are entrepreneurial, responsible and proud of their identity”. Hence, I„m truly eager to look for my soul-mates who would enjoy such an adventurous journey with me.
“Creative Team” as it„s entitled, is a team full of amazing individuals who believe wonderful ideas would be inspired in daily actions and applied efficiently in reality. This is also a force for craziest yet smartest initiatives as we are all little lazy kids who always prefer playing around new concepts to sweating over repetitive tasks.
The only thing I promise you now is you would find this “Creative team” as a real home for weirdos who stand together till the very end of our journey.

*Creative team is a group of volunteers who would be willing to spend 15 – 20 hours per week to work as collaborators for AIESEC Vietnam*
Duration of work
Performance evaluation is conducted every 3 month
Everyone in our team must take it into consideration carefully whether to stay or
leave team, then inform An – PR Manager at least 2 weeks in advance before the 3
month performance review meeting.
Working space
Creative team mainly work in national office of AIESEC Vietnam which is located
in Phu Nhuan district with free Wifi & water, especially for team meetings
Creative Team will connect & interact with a wide range of stakeholders
Reward & recognition
Creative Team is recognized as HR power at national level of AIESEC Vietnam
Any member who wish to become official member of AIESEC Vietnam will be
considered directly by An – PR Manager; Lee Dalchow – Director of Marketing &
Communication & Amy – Director of HR
Valid official certificates are only granted for members who work in the team at
least 3 months or after 1 project cycle
