Hello, I am Ioannis Panagiotopoulos and I'll tell you

about proposed strategy MTC have to follow to reduce

the impact of the tax increase.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

MTC faces the problem of imposing a new tax that has an

impact on its earnings.

MTC needs to change its supply chain strategy more widely.

Supply chain control will give it greater control over the

process.

It is necessary to redesign the volume of stocks and how they

are replenished, ie production.

Reviewing and adjusting relationships with key-decision makers

is needed to reduce intermediate costs and bring its customers

closer.

Introducing innovative products and rebuilding customer

relationships will lead to long-term strategic alliances.

It is advisable to reduce the

salaries of sales

representatives and keep

them as high salaries for a

with customers.

relationships is about

focusing on creating

strategic partnerships.
