The Walt Disney company has grown into a world wide phenomenon that today includes theme parks, television networks and theatre productions, consumer products and a growing online presence.

Disney came into existence only after Walt Disney confronted a lot of failures. Despite the many obstacles he faced ,he never let go his passion-Thus in 1923-Disney was founded and from then on it became a source of never ending magic!

All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them.

The Walt Disney Company is one of the largest media cooperation in the world in terms of revenue. So how exactly was Disney able to achieve this?
