PROPOSED PROGRAM*

30 minutes of exercise a day (e.g., power walk).

Maintain a balanced diet including enough fresh fruit, vegetables, complex carbs, low fat
protein, and plenty of water.
3.
Try to get 15 minutes of sunshine for vitamin D or take multivitamin.

Smile more and remember to thank your staff, family others.

Stay positive and remove negative self-talk and use an
affirmation if needed.

2 bananas
2 cups frozen unsweetened cherries
1.5 cups frozen unsweetened blueberries
1.5 cups frozen unsweetened raspberries
~2 cups unsweetened almond milk (adjust to desired thickness)
1 lime and 1 lemon (adjust to taste, or remove altogether)
1 packet (29 grams) amazing meal "pomegranate mango infusion" protein powder
(completely optional; for added protein and a tad more sweetness; still tastes good
without)
Throw all this in your favorite blender and blend until you reach
your desired consistency. If you like a thicker, more
ice cream/sorbet consistency, use less almond milk and
exercise more patience during the blending process.
If you want a more liquid consistency, use more almond milk.
