Read First
EVERY Tappermation audio contains Binaural Beats & Isochronic Tones. People
with epilepsy, pregnant women, and children under 18 should not listen to these
sounds without the approval of an appropriate medical physician. However rare,
there is a risk of seizure associated with individuals who are predisposed to
seizures.
Consult your doctor directly if you have any questions or concerns regarding
binaural beat technology’s effect on epilepsy. There are no known
contraindications to medications, but if in doubt, consult your doctor.
Do not drive a car or operate dangerous machinery while listening to any
Tappermation audio. This technology produces hyper-relaxed states that can
interfere with your ability to react as needed while driving or operating machinery.

Tappermation
Tappermation is unique meditation system, developed as a fast track to
reprogram your mind to think positive thoughts. A Tappermation session lasts just
15 minutes and is best practiced daily.
Tappermation audios use Isochronic Tones and Binaural Beat Technology to
guide your mind into a hyper-relaxed, highly suggestive state, as you listen to
your chosen audio, you will body tap on 7 EFT tapping points in sync with the
affirmations playing on the audio.
Every 15 minute tapping session contains 10 power affirmations based on the
subject you have selected, this is followed by a music only meditation.

For best results use your selected program continuously for 28 days, this is the

Tapping Guide
Each affirmation on your chosen audio is repeated 7 times representing each
tapping point, move to the next point with each of the 7 repetitions.
Use one hand while tapping and tap with your finger tips lightly and continuously.
For points that show two sides, just tap on the side that corresponds with the
hand you are using. You can use either hand while tapping.

EFT Meridian Tapping
Meridian tapping also known as EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is an easy
and fast technique that works to free emotional pain and the physical responses
our bodies make after we’ve been emotionally hurt or experienced pain.
Meridian Tapping EFT uses finger taps on certain parts of the body to reboot your
body and get it working better, when used with specific affirmations it helps to
reroute the brain. It’s a combination of both the science of Acupuncture and of
Mind Body Medicine. Whereas Acupuncturists need needles, this can be done
with nothing more than your own hand.
All of our negative emotions that may cause, negative belief patterns and
emotional pain are caused by a disruption in our body’s energy systems. To
remove this we need to get all the circuits working properly again. Pulses sent
down the correct meridian unblock the pathways (a little like a plunger unblocks
the gunk in a drain) and balances our energy again. When we have a balanced
energy we don’t have the emotional intensity building up anymore as there is no
blockage for it to build up against.
Our unwanted emotions are simply caused by energy disruptions. EFT
circumvents this as just clears the circuits or meridians where that negative
emotion started the blockage. The focus on talking things out is why many people
often get worse when going to conventional counseling. If we are forced to relive
a distressing memory over and over again we just keep on blocking up the same
disrupted circuit and fuzzing out our frequencies. EFT, tapping the ends of
meridian points is a faster and simpler method for reprogramming belief patterns.

Brainwave Therapy
During a Tappermation Session Binaural beats and Isochronic Tones are played
in the background, these sounds are a powerful type of brainwave entrainment
proven to affect brain wave patterns to induce positive effects, this includes
enhanced leaning capacity.
There are four kinds brain waves generally known to science and measured by
EEGs – alpha, beta, theta, and delta. Like all waves, brainwaves have a
frequency, measured in Hertz or cycles per second, which is the number of cycles
the wave goes through in one second. So, a lower Hertz number represents a
slower wave.
