Surety for wines and spirits guarantees the excise duties that govern these products (regulation CIA 200) and allow for the production, storage, manufacture and trading of wines, alcohols and spirits.
The surety bond provided by Louis Vialard is registered with the Office of Customs and Indirect Taxes. Louis Vialard is an authorised warehouse keeper (Excise no. FR093346E0004) and as we are subscribed on formula 1 (the principal bonder manages all the tax procedures for the sub-depositors’ products), we are authorised to store wines on behalf of third parties.
