students be successful in band.

★ Low cost substitutions can mean more and frequent costs later.

★ Each beginning band student should obtain the supplies by September 1st.

★ Options for obtaining the instruments and supplies:○ Local music Store (preferred; one-stop-shop). Reputable music stores will

stand behind their products and our program (Music & Arts, Strait Music,etc.)

○ Online is fine as long as the company/vendor guarantees their products.○ Buy or Rent-to-own (Rent-to-own provides more flexibility)○ New or used (Does not matter as long as the instrument is in ‘playing

condition’.)
