Management Unit #540: St. Johns River Upper Basin Canals
The St. Johns River Water Management District lands in Brevard and Indian River counties; including and within the western perimeter canals of the Three Forks Marsh Conservation Area south of the Bulldozer Canal and west of longitude 80.7373 W, the St. Johns River channel south of Bulldozer Canal to the C-40 canal, the C-40 canal, the canal running eastward from the C-40 canal to the willow shelter, the Satori and Mary A impoundments (the area bounded on the west by the C-40 canal and on the east by the T.M. Management Unit #549: Three Lakes Wildlife Management Area
The state-owned waters located within the water line of Lake Jackson on Three Lakes Wildlife Management Area in Osceola County; excluding more than 50 yards up any connecting natural or manmade waterway. Management Unit #601: Lake Okeechobee (West)
The state-owned waters located within the rim canal and water line of Lake Okeechobee in Hendry, Glades, Okeechobee, Martin, and Palm Beach counties; east of SR 720, US Hwy. 27, and SR 78; northwest of a line extending northeast from the center line of the Clewiston Lock Canal; southwest of a line extending southeast from the center line of the Indian Prairie Canal; the C40 (Indian Prairie) Canal from the SR 78 bridge approximately 2.5 miles northwest to the S72 structure; the C41 (Harney Pond) Canal from the SR 78 bridge approximately two miles north to the S71 structure; and east of the SR 78 bridge on the Sportsman Village Canal. Management Unit #602: Lake Okeechobee (North)
The state-owned waters located within the rim canal and water line of Lake Okeechobee in Glades, Okeechobee, Martin, and Palm Beach counties; northeast of a line extending southeast from the center line of the Indian Prairie Canal; east of SR 78; the C40 (Indian Prairie) Canal from the SR 78 bridge approximately 2.5 miles northwest to the S72 structure; south of US Hwy. 441; west of a line extending south from the center line of the Taylor Creek Lock Canal; the C38 Canal extending northwest from the SR 78 bridge approximately eight miles to the S65E structure; and the C41A canal beginning adjacent to the S65E structure west approximately one mile to the S84 structure; excluding that portion of the rim canal known as Eagle Bay, between the Lock 7 Bridge at the intersection of US Hwy. 441 and SR 78 to the Hoover Dyke Road. The state-owned waters located within the lake levee and the water line of Lake Okeechobee in Palm Beach and Hendry counties; southwest of a line extending northwest from the West Palm Beach Canal; west of SR 715; north and east of US Hwy. 27; and southeast of a line extending northeast from the center line of the Clewiston Lock Canal. Specific access sites may be designated for this management unit. Management Unit #711: Lake Hancock
The state-owned waters located within the water line of Lake Hancock in Polk County; excluding more than 50 yards up any connecting natural or manmade waterway except as follows: south down Saddle Creek approximately 0.7 miles to the water control structure. Management Unit #721: Rodman Reservoir

Everglades and Francis S. Taylor Wildlife Management Area (WCAs 2A, 2B, 3A, and 3B);
within 400 feet of the mean-high or ordinary-high waterline or within 400 feet of emergent
vegetation bordering state parks, preserves and reserves; and any private lands included in
management programs governed by Rule 68A-25.032, F.A.C. Management Unit #807: Calhoun County
The state- and privately-owned waters and wetlands located within Calhoun County
that have public access or for which access has been granted for the purpose of harvesting

that have public access or for which access has been granted for the purpose of harvesting
alligators under this permit, including contiguous state-owned waters that cross the county
boundary. This management unit does not include: the Withlacoochee River north of SR 44;
Lake Panasoffkee; within 400 feet of the mean-high or ordinary-high waterline or within 400
feet of emergent vegetation bordering state parks, preserves and reserves; and any private
lands included in management programs governed by Rule 68A-25.032, F.A.C.
Management Unit #861: Suwannee County
The state- and privately-owned waters and wetlands located within Suwannee County
that have public access or for which access has been granted for the purpose of harvesting
alligators under this permit, including contiguous state-owned waters that cross the county
boundary. This management unit does not include: within 400 feet of the mean-high or
ordinary-high waterline or within 400 feet of emergent vegetation bordering state parks,
preserves and reserves and any private lands included in management programs governed
by Rule 68A-25.032, F.A.C.

Management Unit #862: Taylor County
The state- and privately-owned waters and wetlands located within Taylor County that
have public access or for which access has been granted for the purpose of harvesting
alligators under this permit, including the Hickory Mound, Spring Creek, Tide Swamp, and
Snipe Island Units of the Big Bend Wildlife Management Area and the Aucilla Wildlife
Management Area (subject to area specific access restrictions), and including contiguous
state-owned waters that cross the county boundary. This management unit does not include:
within 400 feet of the mean-high or ordinary-high waterline or within 400 feet of emergent
vegetation bordering state parks, preserves and reserves and any private lands included in
management programs governed by Rule 68A-25.032, F.A.C.
Management Unit #863: Union County
The state- and privately-owned waters and wetlands located within Union County that
have public access or for which access has been granted for the purpose of harvesting
alligators under this permit, including contiguous state-owned waters that cross the county
boundary. This management unit does not include: within 400 feet of the mean-high or
ordinary-high waterline or within 400 feet of emergent vegetation bordering state parks,
preserves and reserves and any private lands included in management programs governed
by Rule 68A-25.032, F.A.C.
Management Unit #864: Volusia County
The state- and privately-owned waters and wetlands located within Volusia County
that have public access or for which access has been granted for the purpose of harvesting
alligators under this permit, including contiguous state-owned waters that cross the county
boundary. This management unit does not include: the St. Johns River south of SR 40 and
north of Channel Marker 15 and that portion east of I-4; Lake George north of an east-west
line from Zinder Point to the east bank; lakes Woodruff, Dexter, Monroe, and Harney;
Thornhill, Mud, and Puzzle lakes; all waters within the boundary of the Lake Woodruff
National Wildlife Refuge; within 400 feet of the mean-high or ordinary-high waterline or
within 400 feet of emergent vegetation bordering state parks, preserves and reserves; and
any private lands included in management programs governed by Rule 68A-25.032, F.A.C.
Management Unit #865: Wakulla County
The state- and privately-owned waters and wetlands located within Wakulla County
that have public access or for which access has been granted for the purpose of harvesting
