Room setup (refer to room layout plans): Grand Ballroom I - K (Inner Village) {33 - 3' X 6' rectangular tables, 70 chairs, 6 - 4' X 4' X 24" riser (other), 1 step with rail (other)16' X 28' dance floor area, one 3' diameter projector table}, Grand Ballroom North Foyer (Outer Village) {21 - 3' X 6' rectangular tables, 7 - 1.5' X 6' rectangular tables, 7 chairs, 11 - 3' X 6' rectangular tables, 8 - 2' X 6' rectangular tables, 14 chairs} All presentations in the Village will require a 50" monitor with video cable and and sound cable to fit a laptop. A small table with chair near the stage for the laptop. Mic and lecturn on stage.The vendors and admin will vacate the outer village @ 7pm on Saturday night. The foundation booth will then be moved to the inner village (space to be assigned). The 2011 booth to move to the east foyer. The outer village will be set up for religious service by 7am to finish by 7:45am. The inner village will be torn down at 11am on Sunday.
