Intro
S The NQCB is a national controlling body working arbitrating cases of exchange quality, Ethics, ER and Partnership Principles of AIESEC entities, physical AIESEC Members and AIESEC International “
S The NQCB serves the following purposes of the organization:
S The NQCB is the final decision making body regarding Exchange quality when LCs and MC are unable to solve issues regarding quality between their LCs and/or their countries/territories.
S The NQCB is responsible for education & consultancy of Exchange Programme Policy (XPP) in national plenary.
Objective
S To Judge and make decisions when programme issues happen in our entity.
S To record the happened case & propose quality improvement to be legislated or storage in AIESEC in Taiwan legal document.
S To educate XPP & raise the awareness of following policies in AIESEC Taiwan network.
OGX Case open/close Flow
Step 1
Internal Level
• EP manager should physically meet trainee to negotiate a proper solution toward the case.
Step 2 LC Level
• If step 1 failed, EP manager should contact with both sending entity & hosting entity LCVPs about the case.
• EP manager, EP, 2 LCVPs should come out with a proper solution
Step 3 National Level
• If step 2 failed, EP manager need to send report form & email to NQCB for case support. NQCB will coordinate and follow ups the case till it close.

Step 4 International Level
• If the case cannot be closed by NQCB, the board will report to AIESEC International Internal Control Board (ICB)
