Symptom 

User is not able to see the global templates for purchase orders or requisitions. Business Function LOG_MM_CI_3 is activated in SAP ERP 6.05or above

Environment

Cause 

The user does not have the correct authorization. 

Resolution 

 Add the authorization object M_TEMPLATE to the user with activity 03.
