The represent were asked to express their opinion regarding awareness of statutory and

From the above analysis we can say that 74 % of the employees says good,5% saysExcellent,21 % says average of the statutory &non- statutory of welfare programs
provided by Dairyfarm, but sum of themhave particularly knowledge of welfare measures.INTERPRETATION:
Employees are good about statutory and non statutory welfare programmes.

From the above graph it reveals that the 76 % of the employees say excellent
20% says average, 4% says below average with the social security measures taken by themost as a part in its welfare programs of Dairyfarms, Some of them feel that to improve the
measures by the management.

The above graph revels that 83 % of the employees stated their opinions that
management are the real promoters of the Non-Statutory welfare measures in the dairyfarm,
but 11% of them states that trade union, 6% Collective efforts of employee are the real
promoters.INTERPRETATION:

services health provided by the Dairyfarm, and 6% and 15% of the employees are
expressed their satisfied opinion on the maintenance of schools & colleges.

In industrial sector workers are working in different age group starting from 20to58
years. So, the age factor of workers determine their involvement, concentration and
performance. The above table points out that, most of the respondents 49% are in age group
