Amy- Students select a playing card. Teachers set a timer for 20 seconds. Students complete the fitness activity listed for 20 seconds. Swap cards with another student. Modifications: Complete the fitness activity for the number on the card. Have students partner up and add their cards together-complete both exercises for the sum of the cards.

Brain and Body Booster! Bring Sally Up Challenge

● Students should listen for the key words

● Squat can be a free squat or wall squat● Give them the option to do push - ups as

well to change it up

Students stand up in front of their desk or in front of their chair. When the song says “bring Sally down” students squat and hover over the chair or in a deep squat with knees in line over their ankle, bottoms back. When he song says “bring Sally up” the students stand. Repeat throughout the song for as long as you like. Remind them to listen to the words of the song so that you do not have to tell everyone when to squat or stand.
