Finally...Figure out how many straight runs you have and how long each one is.

New England Classic’s® Classic Traditional™ raised panel wainscoting brings back the warmth and beauty of fine wood interiors. The system is designed using components that complement each other to provide high quality, fully coordinated interior solutions. The panels are 9”, 12”, 15” 18” and 23” wide by 23” high. The stiles are 3” wide by 23” high. Combined with different railing systems you can achieve overall heights of 32” and 36”. System consists of an engineered wood core and hardwoods and is ready to finish. Plate shelves, backbands and casings are available to accent and neatly finish your job. In addition to the above panels, stiles and rail kits, 6” x 23” panels and 10” x 23” end stiles are also available for meeting the in-between sizes. All mouldings are sold in 8 foot lengths only and the 4” and 8” rail kits can not be broken up for individual component sale.

All we need is a few questions answered, a few measurements and we can provide you with a free detailed drawing and material list. We highly recommend this when windows that drop below your overall wainscot height are involved.

Do you want us to figure out your layout?

Decide your panel width, overall wainscot height and measure all of your walls. Remember, don’t count the doorways; a wall with a doorway is actually two runs. Treating each wall (or section) as a separate run, figure out how many panels, stiles and rail mouldings you need. Wainscoting is laid out (from each end) stile, panel, stile, panel, etc.; always starting and finishing with a stile. The stiles on the end can be trimmed to fit, there are also 6” wide panels and 10” wide stiles available for when the standard sizes won’t “end” right. Remember to start and end the run symmetrically (if you need to trim a 3” stile or add a 6” panel on one side, it should be laid out the same as on the other side). Rail kits are available in 8 foot lengths, order enough for your runs (4” kit for 32” overall height and 8” kit for 36” overall height) and any accessories and you’re ready to go!

Combines a warm, tough and luxurious appearance. Anaglypta Luxury Vinyl is washable when painted with latex semigloss which also highlights the relief in the design. Its modern manufacturing method also stops the emboss from becoming permanently crushed during hanging or use. Being flat backed, it is easy to hang on ceilings & walls.

Anaglypta Supadurable has a deep, pronounced emboss with great resilience to heavy wear. The toughness of the relief makes it suitable for high traffic areas, such as hallways and stairways, public places or wherever good looks and low maintenance are a high priority. The inherent qualities are due to the combination of virgin pulp, from managed forests, mixed with cotton fibers making it a natural product. All are suitable for walls and many of designs can be used on ceilings in keeping with the Victorian Style.
