Indian Institute of Research and Management was founded by Dr. Subramonian a GuinnessWorld Record holder in Online Teaching for teaching 1934 students online from 16 Countries worldwide.He also holds the national record in continuous teaching for 61 hours 35 minutes. He was honored withKnighthood by his Excellency King David Howe Cousin of Queen Elizabeth. Indian Institute of Researchand Management was started in the year 2008.

IIRM was an online institution in the beginning operating with ERNET Government of India verifiedsites www.greenvalley.edu.in, www.iirm.edu.in, www.universaled.net. Appreciating the services ofIndian Institute of Research and Management Google Inc USA projected the name of Indian Institute ofResearch and Management in the moon during its anniversary. Today Indian Institute of Research andManagement is a google.edu partner for production of educational films and has produced more than onehundred and thirty two educational films which are used by American Botanical Society and Nurses &Midwives Association, Australia. On 24th October 2012 Indian Institute of Research and Managementshifted to its own premises and the campus was inaugurated by Dr. Manimekalai, Vice-Chancellor ofMother Teresa, womens University Kodaikanal later Indian Institute of Research and Managementsigned MOU for research purposes with EMMRC, Madurai Kamaraj University one of the oldestgovernment universities in India for research.

The objective of the organization is to bring together individual teachers andlearners with no economic motives. Last but not the end

To establish an educational institution itself is a great achievement but the effort behind it isgreat. One thing which made me understand from this is that there is no achievement which is made by asingle individual and that all achievements are team efforts supported and supplemented by people fromdifferent walks of life.

Life which is meaningful is that which is lived for the cause of others. Achievements if anyattained by any individual is predetermined and predefined by the creator and he is the one and onlyachiever who can comment on any achievements.
