■ This suit type is equipped with a TIZIP master seal, which is a popular feature of the HYBRID FRONT TYPE. This feature provides easier mobility which the meta zipper doesn ’ t provide.

Z：ZEROTYPE(OSTYLE)

■ No waterproof zipper attached with this sty le . You can t ie the opening part with a fastening device and store it in the chest area making it possible to wear by yourself. Inner dive skin material around the opening area is so closely fitted that it works as an O ring and prevents water from entering. Also, the opening around the chest has a structure to prevent water from coming in by using the subtle pressure differences inside and outside, and from top to bottom of the suit. A standard item and hot se l ler for more than 30 years . Produced by ZERO Co.

W Zipper has an YKK (#10C) zipper outside and TIZIP master seal waterproof zipper inside. This is a ZERO Co. pantented manufacturing method.

What's a W Zipper?

Outlast® (OL)Material developed for NASA which “adjusts temperature”. Adjusts to the “human comfort” temperature of 32℃±1℃ .

Basically there are no significant differences, but Professional Dry Suits are made to be two sizes larger in width and one size larger in length than Sports Dry Suits.

❶ Pull the dry suit up slowly to the chest.

❼ Close the shoulder zipper. Make sure the waterproof zipper is completely shut and store the string before you close the shoulderzipper. Close the rightand left shoulder zip-per. At each step, store the string.

❷ If the suit has sus-penders, put them on your shoulders.

❸ Put an arm into the sleeve. And put an-other elbow into the suit fi rst and stretch t h e a r m i n t o t h e sleeve.

❹ Grab the upper part of waterproof zipper with both hands. As you are pulling your chin down, place your head inside of the suit and push your head through the neck seal. If your hair gets in the way, better to use our smooth face mask.

❺ Fold the neck seal 4~5cm ins ide and tuck in. Make sure there is no hair or other objects pinched in the neck seal.

❻ Close the water-proof zipper.Hold the string of the water-p roo f z i ppe r and close it to the very end. I f i t doesn ’ t close completely, use our special wax.

❼ Fold into bel-lows from theedge. The bel-lows should have 4 or 5 tucks.

❾ After storingthe tied up open-i n g i n t o t h e chest, close the zipper. It is easierto close the zip-per by pulling on the zipper with one hand hori-zontally across the body.

❷ If the suit has suspenders, put them on your shoulders.

❸ Put an arm into the sleeve. Put your other elbow into the su i t f i r s t and stretch the arm in to the sleeve.

❹ Grab the up-per part of the o p e n i n g w i t h both hands and put your head through the neck seal. If your hair gets in the way, better to use our s m o o t h f a c e mask.

❺ Fold the neckseal 5~6cm in-side and tuck it i n . Make sure there is no hair or other objects pinched in the neck seal.

❻ H o l d b o t h e n d s o f t h e opening and put the edges to -gether.

❽ Tie the foldedopening with thetying device. Pullboth strings al-t e rna te l y and lastly pull both strings and makesure it is firmlytied.

This method of manufacturing the (2mm) dry suit makes it less flexible making the fit tighter. Therefore, the (2mm) dry suit is to be one size larger than the actual size to match the (3.5 & 5.0mm) dry suit fitting. Because of above, there are separate sizing charts for the (2mm) and (3.5 & 5.0mm) dry suits.

Used and worn out wet and dry suits, how do you properly dispose them?

ZERO Co. recycles wet and dry suits by turning them into recycled materials.

Incinerated wet and dry suits become raw materials, they are reused as asphalt for roads and as building materials.

Cinders from incineration are processed into recycled materials as well.

The recycled wet and dry suits, that once protected you from the cold, are now repurposed for other means of use.

ZERO Co. supports and promotes marine conservation for ocean loving divers!

ZERO Co. will responsibly collect your used wet and dry suits and ship them to a recycling company.

Disposing Wet and Dry Suits

After the used wet and dry suits are received, they are incinerated and processed into cinders.

Cinders sold will go through a steelmaking process and are turned into raw materials for cement and construction (slag).

S lag can be used as an alternative for natural sand and gravel. It also helps to conserve space in landfills and contributes to environmental conservation.
