Why did we update the code dosing sheet?

Because it needed it!!!!!! Some medications no longer being used (It has been over 6 years since last update)

Removed – General Medications

• Pancuronium – no longer available from manufacture. • Thiopental - no longer available from manufacture.

– Custom Drips – rationale: not considered immediate first line medications/gtts.

– Deleted ET tube sizes section
