Dear Sir,
Pleasefindbelowthequestionnaire raisedbyourpartnerforsubmitting an offer respectively determining thetechnically best concept for you.
1. The capacity of 5000 m/day indicated by you corresponds 208 m/h is very high and requires a verybig plant which we estimate setting up as turn-key in Germany with about 25 to 30 Euro million.
Naturally the plant would be cheaper in the case of parts from India however there is still a very highinvestment sum and we kindly ask you to determine if the building is worthwhile for the customer.
2. Does this matter concern an environment protection plant i. e. shall already existing wastewater beevaporated from a plant or does it concern a completely new project at which already the pre-plant
has to be build?
3. It would be possible to operate the plant with a multi-stage operation at which e. g. the steamconsumption at a total evaporation and use of a 5-stage plant would be between 45 - 50 tons.
Alternatively it would be also possible to use a turbo compression evaporation plant for evaporation
which instead of the steam consumption an electrical energy consumption for the mechanical vapour
compressor of about 8.000 - 8.500 KW results. Can the customer provide this quantity respectively
makes it sense to build a plant at such high energy consumptions?
4. The solution basically consists of chloride, sodium and sulphates. That means that the plan mostlyconsists of sodium sulphate respectively sodium chloride. Shall these salts be separated or shall the
solution only be concentrated up to a certain degree?
5. It would presumably be possible to separate the salts sodium chloride and sodium sulphate mostlyfrom the plant at corresponding additional costs and produce a saleable product. Is such a solution
required?
6. Can the plant be operated with elutriation (provided that salt shall be separated) or are there anylimitations? If sodium sulphate and sodium chloride shall be produced separately at this process the
other solids would remain in solution.7. The existing calcium will possibly be a problem at high concentration because it may be exist as
calcium sulphate and due to the low solubility of the corresponding concentration it precipitate at the
heating surfaces and it is difficult to remove it in the plant. Would it maybe imaginable to precipitate
the calcium by a pre-treatment to avoid problems with gypsum crust at the heaters?
