Plum sauce - Merenda
Ingredients
• 1 plum compote• 200 ml cream• 2 spoons starch powder• Piece of cinnamon• Sugar
Instructions
• Put plums with juice into the saucepan. • Boil them and add cinnamon.
• Mix cream and starch powder in it.
• When merenda thicks, add sugar and a spoon of rum.
