To: "Slingshot" Intro Manager, Press Relations Manager, Worldwide Pricing Manager
Cc: Divisional Manager, Advertising Agent
From: Marketing Manager
RE: Product Introduction Plan
Priority: [Urgent]
To all involved in the introduction of Slingshot:
As you all know, the introduction date of June 14, 1999 is quickly approaching our team. It is imperative that we continue to move along our timeline of effectiveness and deliver the final product, ready to ship, on the date announced. To fail in doing so, would prove to be a major setback in our goal of 65% market share in this emerging market.
Therefore, I have established the following checkpoints for all of you to follow. Please keep me informed of your progress, and copy me on all of your correspondence.
1. Product Specifications and SKU's by April 1 - Introduction Manager
2. Final Pricing: List and Street by May 1 - Pricing Manager
3. Preliminary Ad copy by May 1 - Advertising
4. Final Advertising copy by May 20 - Advertising
5. Final Pre-Intro Press Release by June 1 - PR Manager
6. Intro Press Release on June 13 - PR Manager
Once again, thank you for all of your continual hard work and I look forward to what will be a successful introduction. Any problems or setbacks should immediately be brought to my attention, as the above dates may need to be adjusted.
On a separate note, please be sure to congratulate Joanne McKinley. She will be moving on to the Geneva Division upon completion of her successful run as Introduction Manager. We wish Joanne the best of luck, and are positive that she will be as successful in her new role as she has been on our team.

Investment Opinion Inland Enterprises’s “better knowledge, better products” concept, rapid growth, and outstanding unit economics have combined to propel historical five year compound annual growth rates in revenue and net income of 61% and 72%, respectively. Strong growth should continue over the next three to five years as the company develops a national presence. Despite its high multiple, we believe INENT will significantly outperform the market in the long term because of its strong fundamentals. We recommend purchase of the stock. Company Description Based in Iowa City, Iowa, Inland Enterprises International operates and franchises “Inland Enterprises manufacturing outlets.
