Tone: Money is Power. Your design should communicate authority,
order, trust and stability. Your composition should be balanced and
stable.Tone Typography: The lettering and numerals must be clearly,
quickly read, distinguished and understood. This puts a premium on
typography. Choose your text and font well. Typography Color: You
can only use a maximum of 5 Monochromatic Pastel Colors Not
Including Black and White: Colors should be bold, but not
intimidating. Color Motto: Choose a patriotic slogan in Latin on
one side and English the other, which reflects national philosophy
and pride. Motto Symbolism: You must have at least 2 symbols,
maximum of 4, on both sides, front and back of your currency.

Symbols must have balanced allegorical representations for
instance, if you have an aggressive symbol on 1 side, have peace on
the other, strength vs. compassion, industry vs. nature, work vs.
recreation, etc.

The Latin inscription Novus Ordo Seclorum translates to A New
Order of the Ages. What does that mean?
