electronic record held by NHS
Online in a secure place on the
Internet.
What is it?
What’s in it?
My NHS HealthSpace contains:
• personal health status
• health appointments
• current medication
• SMS & email reminders
• health related news and information
• future secure gateway to NHS records
•Users can enter as much / little personal
information as they like into their own
HealthSpace.
•The service is designed so that users can
tailor their HealthSpace to their specific needs.
•The service can be used with complete
anonymity.
