Key Roles and Technical Skills:
Reports to Quality Manager and Plant Service Manager.
Assists classification of piping Systems per API-570 Code and SADAF procedure SEI-3.1.
Responsible in developing and marking-up of mechanical flow diagrams in P&ID by assigning system numbers for classified piping systems that requires corrosion monitoring and/or periodic visual Inspections.
Performs visual inspection on all classified piping systems throughout the plant at a determined frequency.
Performs RISK BASED INSPECTION for all equipments of plant in all facilities of Sadaf.
Responsible for the maintenance NDT Field Inspection Crew and Equipment used in corrosion monitoring and piping system.
Uses Radiographic(Gamma Ray) and Ultrasonic Testing USN-25, Panametric (Epoch 1,2,3) & DMS Equipment for Thickness gauging, Lamination Checking ,Scanning of weldments. Conduct Magnetic Particle Testing as well as Dye Penetrant Testing in all equipment and piping that requires the said methods. Conduct MFL for tank inspection.
Responsible in preparation of accomplishment report and drawing of inspected, evaluates indications, processes and interprets radiographs as per applicable codes, standards and procedures.

Uses Equipment for NDE Inspection are RT-Gamma ray, UT-stresstel, kruatkarmer (US K6, USN 50, USN 52, and USN 25), MT-Magnetic yoke.
Responsible for preparations of radiographic report, loading of film, developing of film, Set-up the equipment in gamma and X-Ray and implementing of many techniques in NDT.
Performs interpretation of film X-Ray result and Holiday Detector for paint coating.
